Advantages:

Очень близко к морю. Утром на общем балкончике можно пить чай с видом на море. Просторная парковка во дворе. Кафе-столовая на территории. Мы там брали только кофе, но все выглядело аппетитно

Disadvantages:

Грязно. Очень. Комната была не убрана совсем. Санузел вообще не мыли. Грязная раковина с волосами, душевая со сломанным смесителем и унитаз в чужих какашках. Унитаз помыли ершиком и салфетками с антисептиком, остальное просто не использовали. Переночевали и поехали дальше. Комната очень маленькая, не ходишь а протискиваешься между кроватями и холодильником. На несколько дней тут не остановились бы, да и ночевали с чувством брезгливости.
