В 1, 5 км аквапарк, дельфинарий, пингвинариум, океанариум , парк юркского периода. В 50 м от дома автобусная остановка, ходит маршрутный автобус по Джубге.
Пляж мелкая галька. Есть частный пляж.

все очень понравилось!!!!дом хороший,чистый,уютный.свой двор где можно пожарить шашлык.большой плюс огромный гараж для машины!!!до моря не далеко 15мин.в общем 10 из 10.очень хорошая,заботливая хозяйка заселила раньше установленного времени!!!

Advantages:

Жилой гараж, с очень хорошей жилой зоной на втором этаже, отличным ремонтом. Рядом все магазины. До пляжа 15 мин. Большой плюс - иашина в гараже.

Disadvantages:

Ко входу подход и подъезд по гравийке и во время дождя нужно пройти так чтобы не попасть в лужу. На машине удобно.
