На территории есть бесплатная парковка. Бассейн каркасный. Дом находится возле дороги, горячая вода круглосуточно. На каждом этаже огромная кухня 36 кв. м. На кухне есть всё, стиральная машина — 250 р. загрузка. Время тишины на территории с 23:00 до 8:00. В данный момент не работают телевизоры, в поселке поставили систему РЭБ.
