Advantages:

Удобное расположение( в начале/конце пути в/из Сочи/Абхазии), очень приветливая хозяйка, большое помещение для готовки, приёма пищи. Там же можно расположиться в раскладном или подвесном креслах. Недалеко находится берег моря, 10 минут ходьбы, правда по дороге большая лестница, длиной в 171 ступеньку))). Хорошая зарядка! ) до Джубгы 5 минут езды. Там можно сходить в аквапарк, посетить дельфинарий, есть парк динозавров.

Disadvantages:

Это относится в посёлку, а не к гостевому дому: для взрослых скучновато. На долгий срок не стал бы в посёлке останавливаться. На короткий срок: отличное место!
